Summonsed to court

A male from St Austell has been summonsed to court for a burglary which occurred in early 2024 where entry was gained to Ozzell Bowl and charity collection tins stolen. This was a protracted enquiry with examination of forensic evidence left at the scene which was eventually linked to the male who was then located and arrested. He will be appearing at court in early November.
